Welcome to the Heart of Florida! The Heart of Florida Section is dedicated to promoting excellence in local planning through the provision of professional development and networking opportunities as well as educating the public of the importance of planning. The Heart of Florida is composed of local planners, architects, city and county officials and others interested in the planning profession within Polk, Hardee and Highlands Counties. If you are interested in joining, please visit the national APA website or the state chapter website.
