This session will provide a legal update regarding the key planning and land use decisions since last year's Florida Planning Conference.  It provides an opportunity for planners to stay informed and up-to-date about the current legal trends in the planning profession at both the state and federal level.

This session addresses the Core Competency of Fundamental Knowledge, specifically Planning Law. Planners attending this session will be updated regarding on-going and new planning and land use law decisions in Florida and across the country.
