The City of Homestead is seeking an experienced and innovative Planning & Zoning Director to lead the City’s planning, zoning, land development, and long-range planning initiatives. This executive-level position will help shape Homestead’s continued growth while balancing economic development, community character, infrastructure, and responsible development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in municipal planning, growth management, land development regulations, and leadership. A bachelor’s degree in Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Public Administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree and AICP certification are preferred.
