The Land Development Manager plays a key role in helping Habitat Orlando & Osceola expand affordable housing opportunities by preparing land for future construction. This position leads the land development process, including site review, due diligence, entitlement, budgeting, permitting, and jurisdictional approvals. The Manager evaluates potential properties, researches zoning and environmental considerations, coordinates with consultants, vendors, government agencies, and internal teams, and supports grant-related requirements tied to land development. This role also maintains property records, prepares feasibility and cost information, and shares updates with leadership and committee members to help move projects from land opportunity to construction readiness.
