The City of Daytona Beach is seeking a Senior Planner. Work involves conducting research, preparing studies related to land use, population, housing, economic bases, transportation systems, Historic Preservation, conservation, and socio-economic conditions as they apply to growth management and the development comprehensive planning programs.
Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in urban planning, Landscape Architecture or related field with three years of demonstrated experience in urban planning, local/state land use, zoning, site plan review, GIS operations, etc. Experience with Florida Growth Management regulations and architectural building design is preferred.
Salary commensurate with qualifications.
