The City of Newberry is seeking an experienced planning professional to join our Community Development team as a Senior Planner. This position leads complex planning projects, development reviews, long-range planning initiatives, and policy implementation while serving as a key resource for staff, elected officials, developers, and the public.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in planning or a related field and at least five years of professional planning experience. AICP certification and a master’s degree are preferred.
