City of Hialeah Planner I. There may be other essential functions, not listed below, in order to accomplish the tasks as presented by the Division Director. Review and analyze plans considering the city’s comprehensive plan, zoning code, planning principles, variances and declarations of restrictions to assess and make recommendations. Prepare reports and presentations for City Council, staff, and the general public.  Collect and analyze data from applicable sources and suggest changes in accordance with policies on physical and economic development. Work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary fashion with other staff members, including Transit and other City Division or external agencies.
