We are seeking a Senior Planner to:

• Lead land development entitlement efforts and advise clients on regulatory processes
• Prepare, file, and manage land use, zoning, and development applications
• Conduct site feasibility and due diligence analyses
• Interpret planning and zoning regulations and provide guidance to project teams
• Prepare technical studies, reports, exhibits, and presentations
• Represent projects before local and regional agencies, public meetings, and hearings
• Negotiate with agency staff to secure approvals and mentor junior planning staff

The role requires advanced land use planning expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in planning or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum five years of relevant regulatory experience (public or private) 
• AICP certification
