This is a professional and administrative position with the Broward County Housing and Urban Planning Division. This position manages the administration and compliance of the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Davis Bacon Program for Broward County. The Housing Contract/Grant Administrator Senior is responsible for the daily administration and oversight of the HOME Program including program planning, compliance, financial management, contract administration, and sub-recipient monitoring.
