Pinellas County Economic Development is seeking a motivated and collaborative professional to manage its redevelopment initiatives. The position is responsible for the management of an estimated $95 million real estate development grant program to develop/redevelop office and industrial spaces.  A planning background with an understanding of development regulations is desirable.  The position works closely with the planning and development community and may assist with reviews of land use change cases, ordinances, rules and regulations, storm water and/or transportation projects and planning studies/reports relevant to economic development and redevelopment.
