Land Planner III
Responsibilities
• Provide technical expertise and guidance through entitlement processes on land-use planning projects and help complete preliminary site feasibility analyses.
• Review and analyze project documents, including site plans, zoning ordinances, and environmental impact assessments, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project objectives.
Qualifications
• 5 – 8 years’ experience in planning, zoning, and/or land use
• One year of experience interpreting Florida Statutes preferred.
• AICP certification preferred
• Private sector experience as a planning consultant for public sector clients preferred.

Salary: $70,000-$85,000
