This position is highly responsible managerial, technical and administrative work that oversees and guides the department.  Oversees all activities of Planning and Code Enforcement divisions.  Provides administrative guidance to department to ensure the maintenance and administration of a comprehensive planning program, coordination of development activities and organizational goals and objectives are met.  Work is performed under the general direction of the City Manager.
