The City of Clearwater seeks a CRA Coordinator to perform highly responsible administrative support for the plans, projects, and programs for the Community Redevelopment Agency’s (CRA) community redevelopment areas and the Downtown Development Board (DDB). Develops, drafts, and maintains detailed information on sites and buildings in the community redevelopment areas and the DDB area; prepares reports to CRA, DDB, city, state, and federal agencies as required. In collaboration with other City departments, assist with the design, preparation, and delivery of marketing and communications programs, campaigns, and strategies to support activities for the CRA, and DDB; coordinates with various City departments to resolving issues and concerns related to the City’s business base.
