The City of Clearwater seeks a Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Division Manager to lead redevelopment efforts, programs, and activities. Responsibilities include planning division objectives, managing daily operations, and overseeing urban planning, programs, or projects.

Key duties include:

Analyzing social, economic, and market data to attract and retain businesses in redevelopment areas.

Managing projects, consultants, reports, proposals, and presentations to improve city operations.

Conducting studies to assess community needs and recommend solutions.

Developing and implementing special projects while engaging district stakeholders.

Serving as a liaison between City departments, officials, vendors, and the public.

Preparing and managing budgets, RFPs, RFQs, contracts, and purchase orders.

Monitoring project progress, ensuring timely execution, and resolving issues.

Recommending policy and procedural improvements.

Implementing change management strategies and conducting field evaluations.
