Responsible for providing planning and zoning information to the public, collects research information, implements comprehensive plan policies, works on neighborhood planning and special projects, and prepares reports. Communicates with City residents matters related to the City Zoning and Land Development Code, Comprehensive Plan, Permit applications, and Occupational Licenses.  Requires a bachelor's degree in urban planning, architecture, public policy, or related area of study and one year of planning or local government experience.
