MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, or planning related field and five years of current planning or area planning and zoning experience; or Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Regional Planning or planning related field and seven years of current planning or area planning and zoning experience is required.

RECRUITMENT NOTES:
This is an advanced professional and supervisory position in the Development Services Division directly involved in the code(s) conformance review, community planning, legislative and special project functions, and the land development functions of RER. Responsibilities include development implementation, promotion and review of the Department’s legislative goals and objectives as mandated by Miami-Dade County Boards and the Mayor, State of Florida, and the Federal government.
