Jones Foster is seeking a qualified land use and municipal law attorney with a minimum of three years of experience working in land use, zoning, and code enforcement for a local government or a law firm to join the firm’s West Palm Beach office. The ideal candidate will have handled various legal matters related to comprehensive planning and land use, zoning, and code enforcement. The attorney will be part of a team handling matters, quasi-judicial and public hearings in Palm Beach County and its various boards, agencies, and committees as well as those of municipalities throughout Palm Beach County. The attorney is expected to provide litigation support in cases and appeals involving Bert Harris Property Rights claims, land use, zoning, and code enforcement decisions. The attorney must possess exemplary verbal and written skills and the ability to effectively manage time and handle a high volume workload of comprehensive planning and land use, zoning, and code enforcement matters.
