The City of Safety Harbor is seeking a new Community Development Director responsible for all aspects of development in a thriving small city with a vibrant downtown. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional aptitude for community engagement, department leadership and customer service.

Required Master's degree in planning, architecture, public administration, or closely related field; AICP Certification, supplemented by eight years of progressively responsible work experience; a minimum of three years of supervisory responsibility at the local government level or an equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, abilities, and skills.
