Manages capital improvement projects in the Public Works Department from the planning to closeout to ensure compliance with all City standards and regulations. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or closely related field; supplemented by five or more years’ experience in construction management and/or public works engineering and infrastructure projects; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
