Performs complex professional, technical, administrative, and engineering work for environmental, water, sewer, street, and other Department of Sustainable Development projects and programs ensuring technical competence and compliance with all current codes and criteria. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; supplemented by up to one year of civil engineering experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
