What Do You Need To Have?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience that includes five (5) years of responsible management or supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement.
• Strong understanding of land use, transportation, planning, and economic development principles and practices.
