2026 Annual Member Meeting

We’re excited to welcome you to the 2026 Annual Member Meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 13, from 6 – 6:45 pm at the Miami InterContinental | Biscayne Ballroom | 100 Chopin Plaza, Miami, FL 33131.
This is your opportunity to connect, engage, and help shape the future of our organization!
During the meeting, members will vote on the proposed APA Florida 2027 budget. This year the proposed budget is a bit different than previous years.
Due to the potential impact of Amendment 3 (Property Tax Reform) and prohibitions on Florida local governments expenditure on funds related to DEI and Net-Zero emissions programs, the Executive Committee has prepared two budgets:
- A Standard Operating budget; and.
- A Contingency budget that would be enacted should Amendment 3 pass.

Membership approval of the 2027 APA Florida budget will include both the Standard Operating budget and the Contingency budget.

- Submit your vote in advance to the Chapter Office, or
- Assign your vote to another member who will be attending.

- Mailed proxies must arrive at the Chapter Office by 5 pm on Oct. 9 , 2026.
- All proxies — whether mailed or hand-delivered — must be verified by the APA Florida Secretary or Executive Director. Be sure to fill out all required fields clearly and completely.
