RFP: Land Development Code (Putnam County BOCC)

The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed proposals for professional consulting services for assistance in the review, redraft, and presentation of an updated Land Development Code to the Planning Commission (Local Planning Agency) and finally for review and approval by the County Commission. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 7, 2022 at the Government Complex, located at 2509 Crill Ave., Suite 200 Palatka, Fl. 32177. All firms interested in submitting a Qualifications package are invited to attend this meeting. Questions concerning the specifications may also be emailed to Desiree’ Akins, Procurement and Budget Supervisor, at desiree.akins@putnam-fl.gov. Answers to questions received will be posted online with the bid documents. Questions must be received at least 7 days prior to bid opening.

The deadline for receipt of sealed bids has been set for 2:00 p.m., April 29, 2022, To be considered responsive, bidders shall deliver before 2:00 p.m. EST. on 4/29/2022:

  • one (1) original hard copy
  • five (5) duplicate copies
  • one (1) USB drive that contains “all” of your documentation included in the original bid in a pdf format.

Only sealed bids received on or before the aforesaid time and date will be considered. The vendor must indicate the bid number and description on the outside envelope.
