RFP: Development of Sites In Downtown Lake Worth Beach

The Lake Worth Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is soliciting proposals from private developers to bid-on three (3) CRA and City owned sites in downtown Lake Worth Beach. The three sites total approximately 2.6 acres of land which currently consist of contributing structures, cleared land and public parking lots. The CRA is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of these assembled sites. The objective of the RFP is to eventually create more than one mixed-use development projects with public parking opportunities in the City’s historic downtown. It is the CRA’s intent to competitively select one developer with the proven ability and interest to construct appropriate and compatible mixed-use or commercial developments, and to own the properties once constructed.
