This position is in the Development Services/Zoning Code Support Division, Regulatory & Economic Resources Department. This position is an advanced professional position responsible for the development code(s) conformance review, community planning, legislative and special project functions and the land development/platting functions of RER. Functions also include site plan review, writing/evaluating recommendations, research of planning and zoning best practices, and drafting legislation. The section is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the workforce housing development ordinance.
