Description:

Performs supervisory, administrative, and technical work for the Community Development Department.  The Community Development Director will assure the safe, orderly, and desired growth and development for the City of Auburndale.  Work is performed under the direction of the City Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the public sector which includes two years of supervisory or management experience. Graduation from a four (4) year college or university in a field related to the position.  Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, Business, or Public Administration is preferred.  Must possess a valid State of Florida Driver's License.
