Prepares studies and research for such items as land use, economic trends, utility systems, community facilities, population, housing and emergency management. Graduation from an accredited four-year college with a degree in Planning or related field and three years of public planning experience or a master’s degree in Planning and one years of public planning experience. American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) preferred. Annual salary range $54,038.40 to $75,670.40.
