Local Governments: FDEM Opens Proposals for Watershed Planning Program Funding

The Florida Division of Emergency Management announced that the proposal period for its Watershed Planning Program is open and the proposal form is available on the State Watershed Planning Program page. (also below)  Eligible planning activities have expanded this cycle to include Stormwater Master Plans. You will also find additional Program materials on the Watershed Planning Program SharePoint Site, including informational slides and a webinar recording.

Grant:          Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, Watershed Planning Program
Eligible:       Watershed Master Plan or Stormwater Master Plan
Deadline:     Feb. 28, 2025 @ 5 pm EDT
Submittal:    Email to watershedplanning@em.myflorida.com on or before the deadline
